The move to JAX District marked a significant evolution for Athar, offering a culturally rich and immersive environment that elevated the overall festival experience. The 2025 edition expanded in scale and operational complexity, delivering a multi-stage, multi-zone creative platform that brought together creative leaders, marketers, agencies, brands, and emerging talent.

Our Scope of Work Included:

·       Full stage management across all event stages, including coordination of stage operations, live transitions, and technical alignment

·       Show calling and live program cueing to ensure seamless flow of sessions and performances

·       Full management of the event registration system, including attendee data handling, on-site operations, check-in, and badge printing

·       Crowd management and protocol coordination across all festival zones

·       Full event security management, including venue access control and on-ground supervision

·       Management and delivery of festival merchandise

·       Production and management of branding items across the venue

·       Management and operation of VIP Lounges

·       Management of the Speakers’ Lounge and coordination of speaker arrangements, including scheduling and on-site support
