The event brought together industry leaders, hospitality professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders to recognize outstanding venues, concepts, and experiences that shaped the city’s vibrant lifestyle scene.

Designed as a premium live awards experience, the ceremony combined structured award presentations with a dynamic stage program, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for guests, nominees, and winners.

Our Scope of Work Included:

• Full management of the event registration and access control system
• Management and operation of audio and screen systems, including content playback and show flow sequencing
• Photography and videography services, full event documentation, and production of a post-event highlight video
• Design, fabrication, and installation of custom wooden branding elements aligned with the event’s visual identity
• Crowd management and organized attendee entry to the venue
• Production and management of event printed materials
• Operational coordination of award distribution and ceremony flow
• Provision and management of dedicated VIP hostesses to support award presentations and winner coordination
